More homes are hitting Chandler’s market
Chandler’s latest housing snapshot logged 293 new listings, giving buyers more homes to sort through than the city had earlier this year.
Key facts
- 293 new listings came on the Chandler market in the latest monthly count.
- $520,000 median sale price: down 5.5% year over year in the snapshot ending May 31.
- 303 homes sold, with a median 49 days on market.
The listing and sales totals are close enough that inventory is moving, but homes are taking longer to sell than a quick weekend showing cycle. That matters for Chandler sellers setting a price and buyers comparing options across the city.
What to watch: whether the next monthly listing count stays ahead of homes sold. Details.
