Gabriel Iglesias, the comedian most people know as Fluffy, headlines Gila River Hotels & Casinos at Wild Horse Pass tonight. One show, just southwest of Chandler on Gila River land.

Fourth of July downtown. Chandler's All-American Bash takes over downtown on Saturday, July 4: live music, yard games, and food vendors, capped by a 15-minute fireworks show at 8:15 PM. Earlier that day, SanTan Brewing runs a Fourth of July brunch from 9 AM to 2 PM. Details.
Celebrate 250 Years Together. The city's programming for the country's 250th birthday kicks off Monday, June 29 at 11 AM, at 5990 S. Val Vista Drive, with hands-on history activities aimed at kids. Details.
The Center for the Arts fall season is on sale. Tickets are out for Cirque Mechanics' "Tilt!" (Nov 14), Benise's Spanish Nights by Candlelight (Nov 13), R&B singer Jeffrey Osborne (Nov 20), and the 27th Annual Mariachi and Folklórico Festival (Nov 1). The mariachi night is worth booking early.
